The open Beta for IGG and Onwind's Zu Online has been out for quite a while now and a lot of people are getting into it. Newer users and those who want to join, however, have been having some difficulties in signing up and acquiring the client. The administrators are now asking everyone to participate in helping get the newbies into a groove and helping in the hunt for bugs. More on that in the full version. |

Finally, all the stuff that has been discussed under this heading, all the preview videos and interviews, all the detailed character and gameplay systems, all these shall now fall into the players' hands. On January 5 (tomorrow!), Sony Online Entertainment (SOE) takes Vanguard: Saga of Heroes into public beta in North America. The Via link below takes the interested to the FilePlanet server holding the beta client. Pre-order participants will already be able to access the open beta. Once in the game, there are multiple paths of advancement in Telon, from traditional hack-and-slash action, to entrepreneurial crafting, to Grima - er, grimy diplomacy work. The player's life will be as customizable as the paths are plentiful, with character, clothing, and properties options galore. Europeans will get their chance at Telon on January 8. European pre-order participants, though, will also be able to join their North American brethren on the January 5 opening day. |
