Leipzig's over and the Tokyo Game Show won't be till October. But that doesn't mean there won't be any other conferences around to satisfy ever-curious gamers' appetites. And this time, we won't even have to fly overseas. The Austin Game Developers Conferences is coming up next, and they've added in a nice touch to this year's event.

As we all know, events such as the Game Developers Conference are vital to improving the state of the video game in general. MTV Multiplayer recently talked to Product Manager Jorgen Tharaldsen about the difficulties surrounding the Xbox 360 port of the upcoming MMO action adventure game Age of Conan: Hyborian Adventures (PC, Xbox 360). He explains that one of the biggest problems in making the next-gen console port of the game was translating the controls from a keyboard and mouse interface to a control pad.
