A woman divorced her husband after walking on him twice engaging in an online affair using his computer-generated avatar. Apparently, Second Life is real enough - even your avatar will have to exit through the window if you don't want to get slapped with divorce papers.

Second Life is finally going portable as mobile games solutions provider Vollee has announced a partnership with Linden Lab. This deal will allow the former to stream the SL Grid on 3G handsets.

Linden Lab has come out with the newest Release Candidate for Second Life with 1.19.0. This new version features a host of bug and security issue fixes as well as reverts back to the same XUI-based login code in the previous version.
