So, you're playing Zu Online, but are having some problems with IGG's official mail server? Then fret no more, as any and all email problems regarding this particular server will be solved soon. This we learn through a very prompt update on the official Zu Online website.
So, what caused the email problems - and what are they going to do about it? Here's the news post in all its entirety:
Since the IGG Mail Server will be replaced with a new server from 1:00am to 3:00am (GMT-5) on March 14th, IGG staff will not be able to receive any email for 24 hours after the upgrade begins. Any email sent will be rejected. If you have any questions, visit our forum or LC for help.
Well, that's it, then. The email problems were caused by the update. As far as things go, they're going to go away on their own. Here's hoping that there will be no problems after this, eh? Updates as we get them!
