WoW - Image 1

In order to process character queues faster, WoW is offering free character moves from certain overpopulated realms to other less populated realms. A realm split will be in order for those overpopulated realms, so that players can be divided to two new realms - very much similar to the WoW beta test realm split.

The free character moves are valid up to January 23, 2007 or until the destination realms have received enough transfers. This is a time-limited offer.

Oh and if you fail to transfer a player from an overpopulated realm, it might automatically be moved to another realm based on priority. So if you want to make sure of the realm you want your characters to be in, it would be wise to take up the offer "at your earliest convenience".
