Sigil Games' dev team has just announced that included in the upcoming patch for Vanguard: Saga of Heroes would be a couple of quick fixes to address some certain problems that players have reported. Apparently, some gamers have experienced rollbacks, and this is one of the major updates included in the next patch. Upon its release the rollback issue should be perfectly solved.
