If there's an entire city filled with heroes (or villains) that knows exactly when you're planning an invasion, does that still give you a right to call it an invasion? It seems that NCSoft has released information that should startle those poor Rikti back into the holes they crawled out of, as there is now a full list of dates for planned invasions from the Rikti.
NCSoft has listed the following dates for the Rikti invasion attempts for both City of Heroes and City of Villains, which will occur across Paragon City and the Rogue Isles from now until September:
- Tuesday, August 14
- Saturday, August 18
- Thursday, August 23
- Sunday, August 26
- Friday, August 31
- Sunday, September 2
- Wednesday, September 12
- Saturday, September 15
- Monday, September 17
- Saturday, September 22
The events will start at approximately 10 a.m. Eastern on the specified days, ending 24 hours later. How many Rikti you defeat in that time will ultimately depend on your skill though, so make your presence known and fight the good fight... or the bad fight, if you happen to be evil.
