Pirates of the Burning Sea to have client and server upgrades today - Image 1 If you are having trouble connecting to the Pirates of the Burning Sea servers, don't feel bad. Flying Lab Software is upgrading their client and server today, so players who want to get on right now might not have the ability to do so until dawn breaks.

Here's Aether's announcement over on the website:

On Wednesday morning, from 1:30 a.m. to 3:30 a.m. Pacific Time, we will be publishing a new client and server build to our European and North American servers in order to correct some problems that were identified in the 1.2.67.0 build.

The patch will address a handful of issues, including the scuttle ship command, login server stability, area chat across nations, contention point issues, the Pirate Wolf Pack skill and some minor mission activation fixes.

Players may want to wait a little later just to ensure that everything's fully set up for you to play on. In the meantime, you might want to think about getting some more sleep.
