Get ready those tight spandex costumes of yours as NCSoft gets ready to release the latest issue for their highly celebrated super-powered MMORPGs, City of Heroes and City of Villains. Issue 11: A Stitch in Time highlights many new power sets fans of the video game have been requesting for a long time.

The story of the newest issue revolves around the Ouroboros System, which allows players to go back in time and relive major events from the history of Paragon City and the Rogue Isles. Many new missions exclusive to this scenario will now be available and will be sure to give players a challenge as they go through the new content.

The new power sets are definitely something to watch out for. Suggested by the players themselves, they'll now be able to play out their requested wish list of features in the newest Issue as it debuts Dual Blades, Willpower and Weapon Customization.

If all of this still isn't catching your attention, then take a look at the video we have on the new power sets as related by Floyd "Castle" Grubb from the developers at Cryptic Studios. Everyone can expect Issue 11 to go live this fall for both City of Heroes and City of Villains.
