More on Final Fantasy XI: Wings of the Goddess' dancer and scholar jobs - Image 1Since there's still little known information on the dancer and scholar jobs in Square Enix's Final Fantasy XI, Mitsutoshi Gonda and Akihiko Matsu have released more information on these two jobs.

In their interview with MMORPG, they talk about the specialties and skills of the scholars and the dancers.

Scholars have the capability to become healers, damage dealers, or control crowds, depending on how they combine certain abilities, magic, and support jobs.

As for the dancer job, they said that they can be able to hit enemies while being healers. They can also alter the enemy using different Samba moves, wherein other party members gain various effects from attacking the altered opponent.

As for solo-ing effectively, the dancer job can be used as a solo character even though it was primarily designed to be effective in small parties. For the scholar job, they can solo on their own when they reach high levels. They can defeat enemies with offensive spells in much the same was as a black mage or red mage.

There you have it, some juicy information regarding the latest jobs in Final Fantasy XI. We'll keep you posted on more updates on this game as they come.
