Nexon just sent in a press release, informing every single player of the 2D MMORPG MapleStory in Europe that new quests and jobs will be introduced to the game to celebrate the new year.

Quite interestingly, the new quests will take place in a new map which concept was based from the real city of Singapore. It should go live on January 17 and will be featuring both the area's modern business district and the more laid-back quayside.

Players who want to explore the said city must speak with the NPC Ticket Usher Irene at Kerning City and buy a plane ticket from her. This will then lead you to a private jet flight that will ultimately bring you to Singapore.

Come February, furthermore, MapleStory will be graced by the third tier of job advancements that will allow players level 70 and beyond to select a new profession. There will be a total of 10 new jobs (White Knight, Priest, Ranger, Chief Bandit, etc.) and 65 new skills to learn.
