Lord of the Rings Online: Shadows of Angmar has a rather aesthetic update for Book 12: character outfit and hair customizations. Well, to be more accurate, you'll be getting two new outfits and access to a barbershop.
The new outfits you'll get will be purely cosmetic and will just override the visual appearance of your equipment. The Outfit System will kick in once you're at level 20. Once you're at that level you'll have access to the outfit tab in your character journal.
In Book 12 you can also visit the Barbershop. One should be located in any major social center nearest you (not a mall, folks, you're still in Middle Earth). At the Barbershop, you'll be able to modify hair style, hair color, facial hair and more.
