Lineage II: The Chaotic Throne - Interlude developed by NCsoft Corporation is expected to be launched on April 2007. This popular MMORPG has garnered the support of 14 million players worldwide (which is quite amazing considering the 15 US dollars monthly fee).

What does this new expansion have to offer?

A new zone: Primeval Island - Ever fancy what it would be like to take down dinosaurs in the game? Well, now you have your chance. Pterodactyls fly in the air, and dinosaurs roam the lands. Think you're up for it?

New Items - A staggering amount of new items, 15,000 of them to be exact will be at your disposal.

Shadow Weapons- Weapons in the game are pretty darn expensive if you ask us, thus Shadow Weapons were born. These weapons are the cheaper versions of the more powerful high level versions. However, given their construction, they will fade over time.

New Duelling System - For those who found the duelling system a bit difficult, the new one is friendlier to the users. For the first time in the entire series, you will be able to see your opponents hit points. Now you can pretty much decide when to run or when to fight.

New Quests- Tired of the same old quests? Well, this expansion will be offering tons of new ones to ensure that the game is always fresh.

New Skills - Over 60 new, high-level skills will be introduced to the game. These will come in useful in the PVP arena, not to mention adding a new dimension of strategy to it.

So in case you're wondering, Lineage II has been released on DVD, from the first set to the last one released (Chronicle 5: Oath of Blood).
