IGG is sending out word that it is hosting a brand new in-game event for the MMORPG Voyage Century Online. It's called Prison Break and will involve a scenario highly similar to the game cops-and-robbers.

Here's how it works: from April 7 until April 12, prisoners who want to join the event should sign up over at the official VCO forums and contact IGG via Live Support.

The service will be available daily from 8:30 p.m. until 2:30 a.m. starting April 16 to 21. Once all the necessary conditions have been met, the general managers of the game will be releasing your imprisoned character. IGG described the event as follows:

During the month of April we will simultaneously release all the prisoners in jail and “Wanted” notices for those prisoners, so that players can go hunt for the escapees.

Those who were freed should stay alert for players looking for them, as well as keeping on their best behavior so they are not found. (Red names will lead to a loss of equipment).

If yo have a character in Voyage Century Online that isn't imprisoned, you can still join the Prison Break event by serving as a key instrument in putting the criminals back to jail. Before you are able to do that, you must first obtain an Arrest Warrant.
