Nightfall's coming up at the end of the month (October 27), then there's the annual Halloween art contest, also at the end of the month (October 23). Yup, there's gonna be a lot to look forward to as Guild Wars turns two, with these two events alone. And yet, the good news doesn't end there.

Here's a juicy heads-up: Starting this Friday, 12 noon until Sunday 11:59 p.m., Pacific Daylight Time, every Canthan monster boss you kill has a x3 drop rate for special, or "Green", items. You heard it, the event that was postponed last week even as the Hero's Ascent event went permanent is taking a take two.
