Remember when we reported that John Riccitiello, the CEO of Electronic Arts, gave out more information regarding the upcoming Godfather video game at the William Blair and Company investor conference? Well, apparently, this wasn't the only thing he let slip. He also gave out a general timeframe on when BioWare's MMO project is slated to be out.According to Riccitiello, the MMO is currently slated for fiscal year 2010 to 2011. That pegs the game's launch date to sometime in between April 1, 2010 and March 31, 2011. Now no one is really sure what this MMO will be although word on the street is that it is based in the Knights of the Old Republic universe. Well, enough speculation. We're pretty sure we'll be finding out soon enough. |
