Dark Age of Camelot: free play time for inviting new players - Image 1If you play Mythic Entertainment's Dark Age of Camelot, this might be the perfect time for you to invite a friend. Current players who get one of their buddies to sign-up, play, and subscribe to the game will be getting a pet and some free play time.

Those who decide to take part in this promo are also granted a 14-day trial to get them started. If the invitee decides to continue playing, then the free game time is awarded to the one who gave the invite.

The pet, furthermore, will only be given if the invited friend subscribes for at least six months. Mythic wouldn't mention what pet exactly but described it as "frosted jelly". As for the free game time, it is dependent on how long your friend signs up to play. Here's a short list detailing the corresponding rewards:

  • 10 days of free subscription for a one month subscription
  • One month of free subscription for a three-month subscription
  • Two months of free subscription and the pet for a six-month subscription
  • Three months of free subscription for and the noisy pet for a 12-month subscription
So try and get your friends in on the action. After all, the game is very stable and the new Siege System is about to be implemented. Everyone knows that one man can't use a trebuchet by his lonesome, right?
