Bounty Bay Online - Image 1Starting Saturday, guilds will be able to fight for control of London in Snail Game and Yusho's 15th century seafaring MMORPG, Bounty Bay Online. Those who gain control of the British capital will be able to set taxes and other parameters, allowing them to profit from their victory.

Of course, putting a city under siege is no easy task. Attackers first have to take the city walls under fire from sea, battle their way through harbor defenses on foot, and then defeat the old major. Competing guilds could also jump into the fray. On Sunday, city sieges will also be possible in Cape Town.

Before these battles are opened, combatants can prepare themselves for the coming battles using a bidding and spy time system. Those interested in laying siege to these cities can check out the schedules on the official Bounty Bay Online website by clicking on the Read link below.

Bounty Bay Online now has black market and advanced quests - Image 1Frogster Interactive Pictures' Bounty Bay Online now has an in-game black market where players can get new gear and armor upgrades as well as advanced quests for higher level characters.

The black market is a special location which can be found on a secret ship. It offers various gear that players can purchase with the vouchers they can pick up in their adventures. The developers picked a perfect time to introduce this new store since players can most likely pick up more of the vouchers through the advanced level quests.

The new quests can be obtained by visiting the three new NPCs from the Hunter's Alliance. They can be found at Lisbon, Algiers, and Sri Lanka so players won't have to go far to obtain the new missions. Both updates seem pretty solid and should satisfy some of the long term players who started playing this game since the Beta.

This game is already out in the UK and can be purchased for £19.99 (around US$ 41). The pack includes the game and a free month of game time. If you decide to continue playing, expect to pay £6.99 (around US$ 15) monthly.

MMO Bounty Bay Online looking for closed beta players - Image 1 MMO Bounty Bay Online looking for closed beta players - Image 2

Aside from Pirates of the Burning Sea, there's another MMO title that allows players to live their wildest fantasies of being pirates. We're talking about Bounty Bay Online. If you are interested, today is your lucky day because the game is currently in need of players who will fill the closed beta slots.

Bounty Bay Online takes place during the 15th century. Much like PotBS, there are several career options to follow in Bounty Bay Online aside from being a pirate. A player may opt to become a merchant and focus on trade. Also, one can just be an adventurer and travel the exotic and then-unexplored regions of Europe, Africa, and Asia.

This MMO is being developed by German-based yusho GmbH. There is still no word when this will be available but the developer mentioned that Bounty Bay will come in two different versions: a normal retail package and a special edition. Of course, the latter has more goodies to offer.

You can register at the game's official site to take part at the closed beta via our Read link below.
