Blizzard: No details yet regarding future BlizzCon events - Image 1World of Warcraft players who have been attending past BlizzCon events most probably remember these gatherings as fun and full of surprises.

Aside from giving away goodies and prizes, these events also serve as platforms where Blizzard announces new developments to its projects including StarCraft and Diablo.

Now, we really can't blame these players if they keep popping up over at the official WoW Forums asking moderators to provide them with details regarding the next one. Bornakk picked up the thread and explained:

BlizzCon doesn't have a time set in stone when it will happen. We have had a great time doing them in the past, but we have no details on when or if it another one will occur.

Given this answer, some players further speculate that Blizzard will probably hold BlizzCon near the launch of WoW expansion Wrath of the Lich King but blue posters have their lips tightly sealed.

We guess we all have to wait until Blizzard itself decides to spill the beans on this matter.
