Age of Conan: Hyborian Adventures - Image 1I don't know about you guys, but having two five-hour, downtimes a week in Funcom's Age of Conan: Hyborian Adventures is a bit of a downer (heck, maybe it's one of the reasons Crom is always angry). Well, things are about to change, as revealed by the Community Managers in the official forums of the game.

According to Senior Community Manager Oliver "Tarib" Kunz, the game will now be updating once a week on Wednesdays. This is to ensure that proper testing can be done on the patches, improve the content of the notes, and to avoid the one-day downtime that we all experienced during the last June 26, 2008 update.

While this sounds like a move in the right direction, we'll have to wait and see if there is indeed a visible difference in the quality of the patch and the patch notes.
